Illy hosted sessions about the art of making perfect coffee. We learned the differences between the different coffee-machines, which type of coffee to use for which, and were allowed to taste how the perfect end-results should be like, buonissimo!
For example, making coffee in an espresso-machine (with pressure) always should produce a nice crema, while e.g. a moka does not.
